Steve Jobs has trouble connecting iPhone 4 during the demo Monday. From what I read too many geeks were clogging up the system with their own wireless devices.

Windows 7 “Endless Reboot” Upgrade

Thinking about upgrading to Windows 7? You might want to read through this article first. It appears that they are having some problems.

"An answer has yet to be found for all users, who began reporting the problem last Friday after watching the upgrade stall two-thirds of the way through the process. Most users said that their PCs had displayed an error that claimed the upgrade had been unsuccessful and that Vista would be restored. Instead, their PCs again booted to the Windows 7 setup process, failed, then restarted the vicious cycle."

You can't even gat back to your crappy version of Vista. I am starting not to believe the bald guy with glasses on those commercials. I was routing for the underdog for awhile but I think maybe he's not being 100% upfront. Here is the full story with lots of links and reading for your entertainment purposes. I love the line on page 2 which states that this isn't on the list of top concerns for MS. Classic. How do I get my XP back?

Have you seen this yet? Probably, it's been floating around for a few days and I have been a bit slow with the updates. Just click on something to get rid of the menu in the foreground and you can explore from there. God only knows what went on in this room but it's pretty sweet looking nonetheless.

Making Ringtones for the LG Reveal

I picked up a LG Reveal not too long ago and have had a hell of a time figuring out how to make my own ringtones. I have tried every method that I have found on the internet and none of them work. The Reveal uses the audio from it's movie files as it's ringtones. The only way I have figured it out is to load the sound file on your computer in Media Player, turn down everything in your room and crank the volume on your computer. Then turn on the Camcorder and tape your computer as it plays the sound file. You can then go in and assign that movie as your ringtone. Works just as good as anything else, if you get decent sound from your computer.

How is that for backwards? Something so stupid as 1970's taping off a radio is the only way my hi tech phone can get personal ringtones on it. Crazy.

I Have A New Computer Thanks to IE8

A word of caution, think about it before you install the IE8 version from microcrap. If you do decide to install it, make sure you back up your system and anything you think that is important. My old harddrive is now sitting on a table with me trying to think about how I can get my information off of it. I installed IE8 last week and it's odd how I was hit with an onslaught of sypware, trojans and virus'. My surfing habits never changed yet soon after the install my computer started freezing, crashing and oddly enough all of my search results from Google were being hijacked. I even recieved a nice letter from my ISP how they think my computer was being used a Zombie to sent millions of spam emails out over the last few days.

Thanks Microsoft! You are a class act, as I type from a laptop I had to go out and buy yesterday. I didn't need my old 100% functioning computer anyways.

ie sucks
