You have to love this one. A 13-year-old Central Kitsap boy was apprehended Sunday after taking his mother's car, then lying to deputies about the reason why. Just after 4 a.m. a Kitsap County Sheriff's deputy stopped a vehicle traveling northbound on Silverdale Way for speeding. When asked for identification, the driver said that he had recently bought a new wallet and his ID card was not in there.  He also told police he was 15, which isn't old enought to drive. When told that he then told police he had a special license to drive because he mother was handicapped. None of it was true and his mother when contacted told police he must have taken a spare key and took the car without permission.
