This is probably one of the neatest things I have seen in awhile. The police in North Carolina didn't think it was so great.

"North Carolina State University student Joe Carnevale  took "three road blocking barrels and damaged them by cutting and screwing them together to make a statue", police said in a statement.

The monster sported a wide, toothy grin and pointed an extended finger at motorists on the thoroughface near the university's campus. It was made of construction barrels being owned by a contractor building a roundabout.

Carnevale, a 22-year-old majoring in history, was not arrested until last week. He now faces  misdemeanor charges of damage to property and larceny. He has been bailed to appear in court on July 21."
