We recently picked up an ebike for the family. We had a friend that was selling one they won in a contest at a very good price so we thought what the hell lets see if we will use it. At the worst case scenario we can always sell it and get our money back. It's a neat little machine. It's a Foton. From what I can tell it will do at least 20 kms per hour and you can get up to a 50 km range from one charge. Not bad for flying around town and doing small chores or visiting. I was jokingwith my wife that I might have to go out and get dudded up in a Klim Badlands Pro jacket, biking pants and helmet. That might be over the top.
