Back last fall my insurance company of nearly ten years jumped my house and car insurance rates by an ungodly amount for practically now reason. I haven't changed anything or had any claims and yet they sent me my renewal papers nearly doubling my house insurance rates and upping my car insurance rates significantly. It is my fault they are brutal business people that can't manage their own company? Well I wasn't paying for their ineptness to squander their gold and precious away.
I switched companies. I found another company that offered lower house insurance rates and cheap car insurance rates. Now I have some extra jingle jangle in my pockets to spend on things I need, not to pay off some execs mansion on the hill. Don't be afraid to switch companies. They get away with absurd rates because we let them.
