Does Microsoft have a time machine that they are not telling the rest of the world about? I have to wonder after talking to their support help desk people last week.
See if you can follow me because the employee named "Mandy" of the worlds biggest computer company either couldn't or does in fact have a time machine.
I called on Sunday to tell them that I sent my piece of crap Xbox360 back for repair on the Friday and left a Tiger Woods disk in it by accident and would like it back. Easy enough? Not for Microsoft employees.
Five times the boy named "Mandy" told me to leave a note in the box to tell them I left a disk in the machine. Huh? By the end I asked "Mandy" if he had a time machine because I would like to borrow it to go back to the Friday and leave the note in the box I shipped two days previously.
Thank god that is the last time I have to deal with them. Anybody want to play some PS3 games online? Look me up as barelyhangingon.
