It's darn near winter time the way the weather feels outside and it's that time of the year when I start feeling run down and stressed right out. I think we all go through it. The change in the weather and the fact that it's getting dark out so much earlier throws our body and mind into confulsions. I have been trying to get to bed earlier but maybe it's time to check out a mens vitamin. Hey you have to feed the temple with good things this time of the year or you can burn yourself out.
