I just caught this on the local news, it's awesome. I don't have to go into the story, just watch the video and you will catch the drift of it. Another big scumbag corporation (United Airlines) treating their customers like dirt. I love the three snotty customer services wenches. How many of us can relate to that? Great job United, hope your stock tumbles like that guitar did on the runway.
