In Kittery, Main 49 year old Paul Baldwin has now been arrested 154 times. His 154th time he got caught on surveillance camera stealing beer from a convenience store. The great part of the story is his response to the judge when asked if he needed a lawyer.
During a court appearance Baldwin told the judge, "I don't need a lawyer, I've been in this court more than you have."
