"Goodyear police said on March 1, Nathan Moore was playing golf with a few other people at the Golf Club of Estrella located at San Miguel and Golf Club Drive, west of Estrella Parkway. John Rowan, a spokesman for the police department, said during this time a 12-year-old boy and some of his friends were collecting golf balls. Rowan said Moore accused the boy of stealing his ball."

When confronted the kid even offered to give him all of the balls he had collected but loser Nathan decided better to pick him up by the crotch and neck, throw him in the bushes and beat him with a golf club.
