Well maybe second worst. We all know who the worst ever is. Jessica is a close runner up. Not in the video below is the fact that she was also blowing pot smoke into her mouth to shut her up. All was caught on film by her roommate's cell phone. Who btw did nothing to stop any of it but I guess getting the evidence and handing it in so Jessica got arrested is still good.
She beat her baby because she couldn't find something to wear. A pig with lipstick is still a pig so I don't know why that would matter.
