Was apparently just out for a bit of a bike ride when the long arm of the law thought they would pull him over and ask him about the blood and axe. The blood was apparently his own and he wasn't interested in answering any questions. Hey, it's your right to ride around town covered in blood and sporting an axe, isn't it?
Ontario – Police arrested a 41-year-old Millbrook man Saturday biking downtown with an axe in his hand, covered in his own blood, police said. Patrol officers saw the man biking along George and Hunter streets at about 7:20 p.m., police said. He was covered in blood as he rode a bicycle and carried an axe, police said. There was no victim involved in the incident, police said.
Lawrence Alfred Carnrite has been charged with possessing a dangerous weapon. He was held in custody and was expected to appear in court Sunday.
