A neighbour was walking by the old mansion when she noticed Vanessa Chantal Billingsly, 21, attack her boyfriend. The kicker? While she was biting and flailing at him she was holding a child in her arms and dropped him on his head.

She was arrested on charges of child neglect and domestic battery. I say this winner should be picked up and dropped on her head. But then again it doesn't look like their is much in there to harm.
