You have to be some kind of moron to be drinking and driving in this age but to get caught twice over a three hour span is really top shelf loserville. So Elsa Veisor, of South Windsor you are a real loser.
Cops say Elsa Veisor, of South Windsor, was first arrested early Saturday around 1:08 am, with a blood alcohol content twice the legal limit. According to reports, the arresting officer found Veisor, who appeared to be drunk, behind the wheel of a running, parked car. Police charged Veisor with driving under the influence, and confiscated her license for 24 hours.
However, shortly after being released on $1,500 bail, cops who responded to the original call found the same woman they arrested earlier driving about a half mile from where her car had been parked. Cops say Veisor was given a second breathalyzer, which registered slightly lower, but was still over the legal limit. She was arrested a second time at around 3:50 a.m., charged with operating under the influence, and operating with a suspended license.
Just as an add in, Veisor works as the manager of marketing and public relations for Fox 61, which is owned by the Chicago-based Tribune Co. She looks like she is having a good public relations outing in her mug shot. Nice smile, loser.
