I picked up a LG Reveal not too long ago and have had a hell of a time figuring out how to make my own ringtones. I have tried every method that I have found on the internet and none of them work. The Reveal uses the audio from it's movie files as it's ringtones. The only way I have figured it out is to load the sound file on your computer in Media Player, turn down everything in your room and crank the volume on your computer. Then turn on the Camcorder and tape your computer as it plays the sound file. You can then go in and assign that movie as your ringtone. Works just as good as anything else, if you get decent sound from your computer.
How is that for backwards? Something so stupid as 1970's taping off a radio is the only way my hi tech phone can get personal ringtones on it. Crazy.
