I was once applying for a building permit and the inspector told me that city council is kind of like the Gong Show. If you ever watch your local politicians and townspeople in action it's not far from it. This one is a beauty though. It never really says where it is but there sure are a few rich people sitting around enjoying farts, two of them to be exact.
